Do you have a clan but you aren’t very good with Photoshop? Well I think this is the tutorial for you. You can learn how to make a very industrial-styled clan gaming logo with this nice and easy tutorial.
1.
Firstly start by making a new document in Photoshop, any size will do. I used 400 x 200 pixels.
Now make a suitable background for the logo we’ll be making, although, you’ll probably put this logo into a banner or header later.
I started by filling the background with a dark grey (#383838 to #1a1a1a) gradient.
I then added in a screenshot of CS:S and also a CS:CZ cutout render with varying layer modes and opacities.
This step was completely optional, you pretty much only need a dark background so that the logo graphic we’ll be making soon looks nice. I finished this background off by adding in some soft grunge brushing.

Find and get out the Rounded Rectangle Tool.
Near the top of Photoshop you’ll see the settings for the tool, so set the following settings for the Rounded Rectangle Tool:
Create a new layer (Layer > New > Layer) then draw out a rounded-rectangle on the canvas. (Note that the color used doesn’t matter.)
The edges may need some cleaning up, so you can use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to make some selections on the sides and delete the bad bits.

If you have your rounded-rectangle on a separate layer successfully, it’s time to add some cool effects.
Right-click your layer and go into the Blending Options, use the following layer styles (click links for settings):
To make this pattern, first download this image, open it in Photoshop, select everything (CTRL+A) then go to Edit > Define Pattern.
If you did everything correctly and used the right settings, you should now have a result like this:
