MySpace Announces Developer Services Program

MySpace has announced its Developer Services program, aimed at providing developers with discounts and promotions on services that “make it easier to get started building” on the MySpace platform.

Currently, companies offering unique services for developers include Joyent, PlaySpan, ClickandBuy, Scoreloop, Microsoft BizSpark, and Social Gold. These services include things like free hosting and computer resources, a micro-payments system, merchant accounts, SDKs, etc.

“MySpace has some impressive partners that share our vision to provide tools and resources to help developers build engaging, fun, and profitable integrations with MySpace,” says Manu Rekhi, GM of MySpace Games.

MySpace says the promotions will be listed on its site, but they’ll update the page often, so you’ll want to check back often.
