With respect to the Mac App Store, it’s about time for developers to finish up and polish off whatever they’re working on. Apple has begun to send out an email asking everyone to submit their apps for inclusion prior to the store’s impending launch.
The email’s heading is in big, bold type, and reads, “The Mac App Store will open soon. Submit your apps today.”
Then come a few more details and some extra encouragement: “The Mac App Store will open soon, providing customers around the world a new way to explore and purchase apps made just for Mac. Ensure your app is ready when we open the Mac App Store – submit it for review today.”
Just log into the Mac Dev Center to get started and then follow the instructions from there.
Do it soon, too, because being MIA on launch day would mean a lot of users (and reviewers with big audiences) wouldn’t get a chance to use your app while they’re trying things out.
