Facebook Launches SDK For Android

Facebook said today it is launching a beta version of the Facebook SDK for Google’s Android platform.

Facebook said on its developer blog over 100 million people use the site on their mobile phones every month and it noted Android is one of the fasted growing mobile platforms.

The Facebook Developer Blog offers more details. “We’re open-sourcing tools and example code that make it simple for the thousands of Android developers to integrate Facebook Platform into their applications and reach a large and ever-growing mobile audience.”
