Devs Invited To Explore FinApp Store

Not all apps revolve around social networks or frivolous games, and for developers who try to help people deal with money-related issues, a new opportunity’s presented itself.  The Yodlee FinApp Store opened today for the sake of offering financial management applications.

Peter Hazlehurst, Yodlee’s SVP of Products, explained in a statement how this is something of a big deal.  “Yodlee has spent the last 10 years building a secure, scalable data infrastructure that safely brings together disparate, personal financial information from all over the Web,” he said.

Hazlehurst then continued, “With the FinApp Store, Yodlee is opening up its proprietary platform capabilities to qualified developers, enabling the creation of the next generation of online finance applications for the benefit of the growing millions of Yodlee PFM users.”

Yodlee’s holding a free developer webinar tomorrow for anyone who would like more information.   Interested parties just need to register here and clear their schedules around 11 AM California time.
