Developers Attack EA With New Game

Developers who don’t harbor a deep love of EA may get a kick out of a game four of the company’s former employees have made.  BulleTrain paints EA (Elaborate Acquisitions, that is) as an evil corporation run by a man named JR (who’s presumably modeled after CEO John Riccitiello).

The four developers hail from Pandemic Studios, which, as Mark Brown explains, “was acquired and shut down by EA in a scant two years, leaving 1500 developers jobless.”

BulleTrain focuses on a hostile acquisition, then, and the player is supposed to “outfit your transport ship with weapons to take down the corporation’s BulleTrain service.”  Which sounds like a reasonably entertaining task.

BulleTrain will be released for the iPhone and iPod touch.  Consider keeping an eye out for it if you’re not an EA fan.
