Start a new layer above the white gradients we just made and below the base so it looks like this

Set its blending mode to multiply.

In a new layer above the one we just made make a round white circle that fits
like this

Then add this gradient overlay to it

Create a new layer below that and merge it down then set its blending mode to overlay.

Next below the layer we just made create a circle the size in the next screenshot with the color #586d98. You can hide the layer we just made for now.

Then add a gaussian blur to it by going to filter>>blur>>gaussian blur
