Apple Becomes More Open To Devs

Apple has introduced the Developer Compatibility Labs offering Mac OS X software and hardware developers the ability to test their apps across a variety of Macintosh CPU configurations. With multiple versions of Mac OS X, including Intel-based or PowerPC Macs, Xserves, and accessories. Use of the labs is available to Mac Developer Program members on a per day, per lab basis.

Access to the Developer Compatibility Labs is available to Mac Developer Program members for $99 on a per day, per lab basis. The purchase of a Single Lab Day Pass must be completed prior to scheduling time at the Developer Compatibility Labs.

A Single Lab Day Pass offers developers access to the Compatibility Lab, business day (9:00 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time). When developers arrive onsite, an Apple Lab Support Engineer will assist with configuration and networking.
