This effect is really easy to achieve and can be use for a great wallpaper. Create a new document to your screen size.

Step 1

Fill the background black and then on the same layer go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare. Move the lens flare around and create quite a few of them like mine:

Step 2

Go to Filter > Filter Gallery and find the Chrome effect. Change the settings to what looks really cool. Heres mine:

Step 3

Add a hue/saturation adjustment layer and check colorize. Now change the settings to you suitable color.

Finished!

Heres my wallpaper version. (Just experiment, its the way to go!)

On my version, I duplicated the layer and set it to a blending option such as overlay to give it depth. Then I added a lens flare again to give it more depth. If you really want to know how to create mine then I’ll add onto this tutorial.

Any Questions? Just ask!
